As our Quality Control Manager & Repair Tech, Eugene assesses issues & concerns of homeowners including leaks, shingle damage, and warranty claims. Eugene has 10+ years experience as a roofer, and is masterful at his craft.

Aaron
Production Manager, Aaron is in charge of coordinating & scheduling crews for new roof installations or roof repairs. Aaron also plays a very important role in our customer service, speaking with customers to ensure the job is done properly & efficiently, and helps to create a customer experience that is above and beyond average!

Patricia
Patricia is our Assistant General Manager, assists Kris with day to day operations and is responsible for auditing job files for profit and loss, assisting production & general managers in new roof installation set up & completion, overseeing the processing of insurance claims, working hand in hand with our Roof Inspection Specialists to ensure roof replacement & roof repair details are correct, and handling customer services. In summation, she altogether ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Elizabeth
With approximately 9 years of experience in the roofing industry, ElIzabeth is our Sales Resource Coordinator. Her job is to cultivate and process all on-boarding and training for our Roof Inspection Specialists. She also checks all paperwork and measurements for accuracy and integrity, handles material and labor orders, and provides auxiliary technician guidance to the sales department.

Jane
Jane is our Marketing and Media Manager. Her responsibilities include content and development within all social media outputs, blogging, advertising and public relations. As well as assisting in the sales department with leads and supervising telemarketers.
