a. This will typically depend on your insurance company, but most have you either call them or submit an online form.
- For What Can I File a Claim?
a. You can file an insurance claim for many different types of incidents depending on your policy, including:
i. Storm damage
ii. Broken pipes
v. Water Leaks
vi. Various types of accidents
- Will the Cost of My Insurance Premiums Rise?
a. While every policy is different, storm damage due to an “Act of God” (wind, hail, tornadoes and more) are covered and will not increase your premium. However, if your entire neighborhood was affected by the storm, then the premiums might rise on all the properties in your zip code.
- How Much Will It Cost Me Out of Pocket?
a. You typically will have to only pay for your deductible. We cannot legally “eat” your deductible, but we do offer payment plans.
- What Types of Warranties Can I Get?
a. Lexington Blue offers a 5-year warranty on labor and a 30- to 50-year manufacturing warranty on Owens Corning® products.

a. When you contact us for assistance, we’ll:
